Baja Breeze Birthday...

... Try saying that three times quickly!

This week at Try Stampin' On Tuesday, Jenn has a great sketch yet again for us to get our creative juices going.

Here's the sketch:

And here's my take on it:

I think I'm going thorough a baja breeze phase - I cant get enough of it! I loved this paper, which I got off of Stampin' Ups clearance rack, and is apart of the 'pocketful of posies' dsp. I teamed it up with basic grey and some white card and some oh so fabulous silver glimmer paper! My image is from 'Field flowers'. I stamped the solid image off once in baja breeze to create a two tone image. The sentiment is from 'On your birthday' and stamped in basic grey. I added some baja breeze seam binding and some white pearls and voila!

Go past and check out the other design teams creations here.

Thanks for looking :)

  1. This is SO pretty!!! I LOVE the glitter paper peeking out down at the bottom and your stamped images are fabulous! Gorgeous card! :)

  2. Great delicate combination. Love the colours.

  3. I saw this & was in love instantly. I can see why you love Baja Breeze, it looks wonderful. I love the stamp set you have used as well.

  4. I was on that Baja Breeze kick for a while, now it's pool party. Funny how that works. I love your card! I always love momotone cards they are soothing somehow. Beautiful.

  5. I think I would love using this paper too if I had some. Beautiful card Sarah, the papers, image and color are very claming, just lovely.

Thanks for visiting my little corner of blog land! I love reading your comments and greatly appreciate them :)
