Hello! It's time again for another Try Stampin' On Tuesday sketch. It's a great sketch, but surprisingly I struggled with this one. Any way here is my offering for this weeks sketch:
And the sketch:
I used pink pirouette, rose red and melon mambo, with a touch of certainly celery for my colours. I stamped the flowers in black stazon and the sentiment is from teeny tiny sentiments.
Now over to you, it's fantastic seeing what you create and if you need more inspiration, go here to check out the other design teams amazing creations.

PP150 - Field Flowers
Hi, I'm here to share a card I made for this weeks challenge over at The Paper Players.
Here's the challenge:
I went very simple and used marina mist, baja breeze and bashful blue to create the gradient in blues. I stamped them with field flowers in stazon and I added the tiniest bit of bling, with silver pearls.
Thanks for looking

Baja Breeze Birthday...
... Try saying that three times quickly!
Here's the sketch:
And here's my take on it:
I think I'm going thorough a baja breeze phase - I cant get enough of it! I loved this paper, which I got off of Stampin' Ups clearance rack, and is apart of the 'pocketful of posies' dsp. I teamed it up with basic grey and some white card and some oh so fabulous silver glimmer paper! My image is from 'Field flowers'. I stamped the solid image off once in baja breeze to create a two tone image. The sentiment is from 'On your birthday' and stamped in basic grey. I added some baja breeze seam binding and some white pearls and voila!

Here's the sketch:
And here is what I came up with:
For my colours I used crumb cake, not quite navy, bashful blue and very vanilla. The flowers from 'field flowers', which have been two stepped stamped with bashful blue and not quite navy and old olive for the stem. The ribbon is very vanilla seam binding, which I have ruffled - seam binding works great for this effect. I have used some retired bella bleu dsp (I think this is my all time favourite dsp, which I have only just started to cut into, as I was hoarding it for a rainy day :) The crumb cake background panel is embossed with the perfect polka dot EB folder.

I loved this photo! Tulips are my favourite flower and the soft tones are just beautiful. However, when looking through my stamps, I dont own anything that remotely resembles a tulip, so I pulled out 'Field Flowers'. The colours I used were crumb cake, pink pirouette, certainly celery, rose red, so saffron and very vanilla. To get the two toned look on the flowers, I stamped off the base stamp once so it's a little lighter and then inked the detailed stamp using my stamp-a-ma-jig to line it up perfectly. I used my sponge dauber to add so saffron to the centers. I fussy cut all of the flowers and popped them up on dimensionals. The sentiment is from field flowers as well.
